  The staff were great always offering help. Honestly did not have a problem during my visit at best buy. Prices are a bit higher than other places however best but offers price match.

  I was just there, I spent like 20 minutes looking for someone to help me find a certain type of cable for my laptop.... there was no one to help in the firstarea, then the tvs'area and finally the laptop area where my cable should be.... after all this time walking around looking for either this cord or somebody to help me find it I went to the registers and asked for them to find me someone. I guess it was a manager who started walking with me looking for it when finally s guy from one of those areas appeared to help me and even though they didn't have it he at least explained where to get it... he was the only one with some knowledge about my product. I wish I could remember his name. But in any case this could have taken 5 minutes if he or anybody from ANY department was there to look it on the system. instead it took 30 minutes. shame
