  On Sunday afternoon I bought a Lionelle Train for my four year old for his birthday. On Monday morning we opened it and the train did not ok. When I called the store the reused to let me exchange it saying no refunds. An exchange is not a refund and no refunds does not apply to merchandise that is defective coming-out of the box. Additionally the store front which is buried behind a bunch of Haul trucks is smelly and dirty . Some of the items look like they are not in the original packaging. Shame on me for making the purchase, unfortunately my son was with me to pick it out and his enthusiasm got the better of me.
